Understanding a lead

Lifecycle stage

We translate 36 raw council statuses into five plain stages:

• Lodged - application submitted, under validation.
• In Assessment - being decided / further-information stage.
• Granted - permission granted; the project can proceed.
• On Site - a commencement notice was filed; building is starting.
• Complete - a completion certificate was filed.

Heat badge

Each lead gets a Hot / Warm / Cool / Cold badge combining its stage and scale (units, site area). Hot = on site and/or large. Use it to triage at a glance - we never show a raw score.

Missing fields

Where a value isn’t in the public record we show “-”. That’s honest: we don’t invent data. Whether a lead has a named applicant or company is shown as a badge.
