The map

The map clusters every active lead across Ireland. Amber points are breaking ground now; teal are earlier-stage. Click a point to open the lead. Zoom in to break clusters apart.

Filters

Every filter on the Leads page works on the map too, and the same way: trade, stage, status, authority or county, value, unit count, contactable, wastewater capacity, zoning, sector, use class, and the compliance flags. The one exception is plain-text search, which has no box here. Pick an authority or a county and the map moves there, then refetches whatever is in view as you pan and zoom. Filters live in the URL, so a link you share carries them.

Hotspots

Show hotspots swaps the pins for a heat layer built from the same query, so a filter that narrows the pins narrows the heat identically. Use it to see where a trade is concentrated before zooming in to the individual jobs.

Layers

Zoning, protected sites, NIAH structures and recorded monuments can be drawn under the pins as context. On Max, the strategic-infrastructure projects appear as their own layer, and you can upload your own network as GeoJSON and be alerted when work starts within a set distance of it.
