The area intelligence feed
GET /feeds/areas/{lea|ed}.geojson: every area as a polygon with leads, on-site work and pipeline value, refreshed weekly and built on CC BY sources.
Filtered the way you ask
The counts take the same filters as the lead feed, so approved housing body starts, timber-frame commencements or sites in an archaeology zone by Local Electoral Area is one request.
Every lead as a layer too
The GeoJSON lead feed takes the same area filters, so one Local Electoral Area's or Electoral Division's schemes load as points beside the polygons in the same GIS project.
Census and deprivation beside it
Homes built before 1980, oil or solid-fuel heating, vacancy and the Pobal deprivation score per area, each against the national figure: where to target a retrofit or housing programme next.
How permissions convert
The council pipeline sets each council's share of granted permissions that start, and the median days to start, beside the national figure.
Aggregates, cited
No names in the area layer and every figure traceable to its public source. The Enterprise licence carries redistribution rights, so a published map or report is covered.
