Plans & what’s included

PlanningLeads has three self-serve plans and an Enterprise licence. Your current plan is shown at the top of the documentation home.

• Basic (free) - browse every lead at county level, with search, trade and stage filters, readiness badges, and the area names and site constraints on each lead. A free public API key too.
• Pro - full address and detail, the map with area layers by Local Electoral Area and Electoral Division, the Retrofit targeting preset, the area panel, the major projects (EIA) layer, the building, heritage and area filters, the Census 2022 profile of each lead’s area, the On-Site, Solar, Retrofit and Tender feeds, CSV export, and saved searches with email alerts.
• Max - everything in Pro plus the applicant company and its contacts, Company 360, rental yield, the nature designations (NPWS) layer, Strategic Infrastructure in full, an enriched API key (5,000 requests an hour, 5,000 rows a day), bulk export and webhooks.
• Enterprise - a data licence for an organisation: the GeoJSON lead, infrastructure and area intelligence feeds, uncapped bulk, redistribution rights and a written service level. See Enterprise.
