For building-product suppliers
Get your name on the job before the order is placed.
Every week Irish councils publish the houses, extensions and farm buildings that will need what you sell. Sponsor your product in the council areas you cover and your name, your message and your link sit beside every one of those jobs, new and already published.
From EUR 19 a month for a whole council area. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time.

How it works
Three reasons suppliers take a place.
- 1
Reach them before anything is ordered
A planning application is the earliest public sign of a job. Your name is there while the owner is still choosing a builder, a system and a supplier, not after the order has gone somewhere else.
- 2
Only beside work you actually supply
We read the council's own description of each job, so a heat pump supplier is on new houses and a wastewater maker is on the rural ones. No wasted impressions on jobs you cannot serve.
- 3
Own your patch, not a listing page
Each area takes a handful of suppliers and then it is full. Founding places keep the founding price while you stay, and you can change your words, your link or your areas whenever you like.

Pick what you sell and the councils you cover. Every figure is live: the jobs each council produced since 20 September 2025, the places still open, and your price a month.
5,166 applications in the last 12 months. Rural new houses that will treat their own wastewater, and new or upgraded treatment systems, septic tanks and percolation areas.

Prices are a month per council area, plus VAT. Founding places go to the first 3 suppliers in each area, until 31 March 2027. Dublin is four council areas and Galway two, so you can buy a city without the county. Not on sale yet: Cork City.
Founding prices
You pay for the work in front of you.
One price a month per product, per council area, plus VAT. Areas with more jobs cost more in total and less per job. Founding places go to the first three suppliers in each area who join before 31 March 2027, and they keep that price while they stay.

Questions
- What do I actually get?
- A labelled message under matching planning applications in the council areas you buy: your logo, a headline, a line of text and a button straight to your own site. You can run several messages, change the words any time, and see the views and clicks each one gets by council area. Monthly rolling, no setup fee.
- Which applications will my message appear on?
- Applications whose work needs the products you sponsor, in your council areas: on the lead pages tradespeople open when they sign in, and on the public planning pages once those open to sponsors. Each category follows fixed rules about the work: a description that names landscaping, for example, or a new house, which needs windows, a roof and heating. The same rules count the demand you see above. When a page matches several categories, work the description names comes first, and the three best-ranked categories with a sponsor share the space. A signed-in lead page can show two sponsors.
- How is the price set?
- By how many applications matched your category in that council area in the last 12 months. A busy area costs more in total but less per job, and takes more sponsors. Bands are reviewed each quarter with 30 days' notice, and nobody loses their place if demand in their area falls.
- What happens when an area is full?
- Ask for it anyway and you join its waitlist. When a place opens, it is offered to whoever asked first. Province and national plans can take only some of an area's places, so they can never fill an area on their own.
- What does the founding price mean?
- The first three sponsors in each product category in each council area pay the founding price, if they join before 31 March 2027. They keep it for as long as they stay, with no break of more than 30 days. After that, new sponsors in that area pay the list price. Plus VAT, monthly rolling, and your place ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Who writes the message?
- You do, with us. A headline, one line of text, a button and a link to your own site, plus your logo. You can run more than one message and change the words at any time.
- Is it clear to readers that it is an ad?
- Yes. Every message says Sponsored, names the company that paid for it and says why it is there, and links to how sponsors are chosen. That is the law, and it is also why readers trust it.
The full rules are on how sponsors are chosen.
