Privacy & fair use

The planning register is statutory public information, re-used under Ireland’s PSI licence. We surface project intelligence and timing - not private homeowners’ contact details. Where applicant or company information is shown (Max), it is the business information already on the public register, and we never enrich or serve personal phone/email for private individuals.
