PlanningLeads turns Ireland’s public planning record into a live feed of construction leads for trades, contractors and suppliers. Every week we ingest planning applications from all 31 local authorities, commencement notices (when a site is about to start), and company data - then score and tag each record so you can find the work that’s relevant to you.
The core idea
A lead moves through a lifecycle - from Lodged to Granted to On Site. The closer to “On Site”, the readier the buyer. We surface that timing so you reach out at the right moment, not months early.
Your first 5 minutes
- Open Leads and filter by your trade and county.
- Switch to the On Site feed to see sites breaking ground now.
- Open any lead to see the full project detail and timeline.
- On Pro: save that search and turn on an email alert for new matches.
