Search & filters

Full-text search runs over descriptions, addresses and references. Combine it with the stage, trade and authority filters. Counts next to each filter show how many leads match.

Pro adds the filters that read the build itself, from the commencement notice: approved housing body, protected structure, prefab / MMC, construction method and heating fuel. Alongside them are the heritage filters (inside an archaeology zone, near a protected building) and the area filters (Local Electoral Area, Electoral Division).

Use “Clear all” to reset. On Pro you can save any filter combination, and its alert keeps every filter you set.
