Where the data comes from

We combine the national planning dataset (all 31 authorities in the Republic of Ireland), council weekly lists, the building-control commencement register (BCMS), An Coimisiún Pleanála appeals & Strategic Infrastructure cases, the national EIA portal (over 2,000 environmental-impact-assessed projects, read weekly), the Property Price Register, the Companies Registration Office and Census 2022. The pipeline runs weekly, so leads are typically days old.

Quantitative fields (units, floor area, megawatts) come straight from what the applicant states in the public record; we never fabricate them. Strategic-infrastructure projects are further enriched directly from their An Coimisiún Pleanála case (developer, status, environmental flags).
