Where the data comes from

We combine the national planning dataset (all 31 authorities), council weekly lists, the building-control commencement register (BCMS), An Coimisiún Pleanála appeals & Strategic Infrastructure cases, the Property Price Register and the Companies Registration Office. The pipeline runs weekly, so leads are typically days old.

Quantitative fields (units, floor area, megawatts) only appear when the applicant states them in the public record, so coverage varies - we never fabricate them. Strategic-infrastructure projects are further enriched directly from their An Coimisiún Pleanála case (developer, status, environmental flags).
