Ireland's Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) and Disability Access Certificate (DAC) applications: the statutory certs a non-residential or apartment project must lodge before it can start on site. An early signal for fire-stopping, sprinkler, smoke-ventilation, passive-fire, M&E and access-consultant trades, with the floor area of the works.

An upper-bound sizing figure, not a quoted contract value - floor areas on alteration certs can include existing space.
