Every account gets a free commonwealth key for the public, PII-free dataset. Max adds the enriched fields, bulk export (CSV / JSON Lines) and HMAC-signed webhooks, so new leads land in your own systems as they arrive.
Your key to the read API at your tier: sha256-stored, shown once, revocable, up to 10 per account.
Stream the entire filtered dataset as CSV or JSON Lines, plus a keyset-cursor JSON page - no offset drift, filterable.
Three layers for QGIS or ArcGIS Pro: the live planning pipeline, the strategic-infrastructure pipeline with the applicant on every project and the connection voltage on 55% of them, and the area intelligence layer, every Local Electoral Area or Electoral Division with its leads, pipeline value and Census 2022 profile. The planning layer filters by bounding box, authority, change date and the same building, heritage and area filters as the app, and cursor-pages the whole layer with a stable integer feature id so a refresh tells an update from an insert. Served under a feed licence, which comes with an Enterprise agreement rather than with a Max seat.
Matching leads pushed to your URL: new (lead.new), breaking ground (lead.on_site) or changed (lead.updated). HMAC-signed (X-PL-Signature), filtered, with retries and auto-disable.

No trial: the free Basic tier is your no-risk way to explore. Pro and Max are paid from day one, monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. Manage or cancel from your account (Stripe billing portal). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Pro €29 (normally €99) and Max €299 (normally €399). Subscribe during early bird and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed.
Prices are the amount charged. VAT is added only if/when we're VAT-registered; business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout.
