Proposed development
Permission for the construction of a residential development of 44 no. residential units, landscaping and associated site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 36 no. two storey semi-detached and terraced houses (comprising 4 no. 2-bed units and 32 no. 3-bed units), and 8 no. apartment units in 2 no. two storey blocks (comprising 4 no. 1-bed units and 4 no. 2-bed units). Ancillary infrastructure development works will include wastewater infrastructure, surface water attenuation, water utility services, car parking, public lighting, bin stores, bicycle stores, and all associated site development works.
