Kildare The proposed development shall consist of the following: The construction of 2 no. warehousing/industrial/manufacturing buildings, Block A (approx. 4,778 sqm GFA) and Block B (approx. 4,235 sqm GFA), divided into 6 no. individual units each for a total of 12 no. units (approx. 9,013 sqm total GFA and 10.6m in height), each including ancillary office space; The provision of 130 no. car parking spaces, 7 no. motorbike spaces, and 112 bicycle spaces across 6 no bicycle parking zones; The provision of 12 no. van loading areas; 1 no. new vehicular access / egress point via Rowan Tree Road; 5 no. shared bin and recyclable stores; PV solar panels at roof level; Extension of public realm works along Rowan Tree Road in line with proposal granted under application reg. ref. 23/516; All associated site development works including lighting, external plant, landscaping and engineering works.
