Ref. 2360410: The subdivision of the permitted Unit 30b warehouse into 2 no. separate warehousing units, Unit B1 and Unit B2; Changes to the internal layout and external façade features to facilitate the subdivision of the permitted warehouse (5,817 GFA) into 2 no. separate warehousing units to include two storey ancillary offices and staff facilities with separate entrances to each unit (Unit B1: 2,371 sqm GFA + Unit B2: 3,278 sqm GFA); Alterations to the permitted car park to reconfigure the layout (no change in provision of car parking spaces or entrance location); Relocation of the permitted bicycle parking; Alterations to the permitted service yard area to facilitate the division between Unit B1 and Unit B2, including reconfiguration of dock levellers (3 no. for Unit B1 and 4 no. for Unit B2) and the development of 2 no. bin stores; Reconfiguration of the permitted Service Yard and surrounds to reflect proposed alterations to the loading area to serve both units; Reconfiguration of permitted service access route to Unit 30A, off Rowan Tree Road, to include for access to proposed Unit B1; Alterations to the permitted roof plan to reconfigure the layout of rooflights, PV panels and smoke vents to reflect the proposed internal alterations; The construction of a new ESB sub-station & switch room facing onto Rowan Tree Road; And all associated site development works.

What happens next

Permission was granted on 4 Feb 2026. Third parties may appeal within four weeks; after that the permission is final and works can start once a commencement notice is lodged.
