Replace deteriorated rain gutters and downspouts and add rainwater harvesting storage tank that will be hidden by lattice fencing to allow volunteers to maintain village plants and flowers. Clean up area at corner for more visual appeal and replace what was a faux door and windows with barn doors and wagon wheels to align with farming heritage of the building. We would also like to repair a small section of the corrugated roof near the side of the building for visual appeal, but also to keep rainwater out of the building footprint
