No. 20034019: the change of positions on-site of the dwelling and bored well, the construction of a detached domestic garage/store, changes to the positions and additional windows and rooflights, change of chimney height, change of roof designs and positions, increase in the floor area, change of external rendering and finishes to a dormer window and all other unauthorised associated site works and external and internal alterations to the as built existing two storey dwelling which differ to that originally granted permission.
