A 10 year permission for (a) the construction of two concrete bunded tank enclosures with 8 no. approximately 13m high storage tanks per enclosure, associated access platforms, stair and fencing, a single storey electrical building, a single storey process building, and associated support equipment; (B) construction of a steel pipe rack to link the new to the existing pipe rack to the north of the site; (c) the realignment of an existing internal security fence; (d) installation of an underground storage tank and alterations to existing underground services; (e) and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The application relates to the provision of an establishment to which the Major Accident Regulations apply.
