Permission for alterations to a residential development, 'Carraig Mhor', (granted planning permission ref. no: 20221053 [parent permission] and 20231511 [child permission]) including: (i) revised house type at Plot 01 in accordance with condition 2 of grant of planning permission 20221053, proposed house type 4.02b (1-storey, 4-bed, detached), (ii) at plot 26 and 27, replace house type 3.05 (3-bed, 3-storey, semi-detached) with house type 3.07 (3-bed, 2-storey, semi-detached), (iii) All foul and storm water drainage, internal roadways, footpaths, pedestrian connections, parking areas, public open spaces, formal and informal play areas, revised road markings and layout at existing vehicular entrance onto the R730 and provision of sightlines, boundary treatments, and landscaping, all in accordance with grant of planning permission 20221053, save where minor alterations are required to facilitate the changes proposed, (iv) all associated and ancillary site works to facilitate the proposed alterations.
