Permission for development at this site which is a protected structure. The development will consist of the removal of non-original single storey extensions - three from the north elevation and one from the south elevation of the existing house, various alterations to internal walls on the ground, first and second floors of the existing house, and the lowering of the external ground level at the north elevation of the existing house. New development works will include the reinstatement of an original chimney at the north elevation and minor alteration works to various existing external doors and windows, the removal and replacement of the existing rainwater goods and drainage pipework on the elevations of the existing house, the construction of two new paved terraces which will abut the north and south elevations, and all associated site works to facilitate the development
