No.s 15704538 and 15704537). Conversion of what was originally two separate dwellings to one single dwelling house, the construction of ground floor extensions to the side and rear elevations, a roofed external storage area to the north facing side elevation, roof lights to the rear elevation, satellite dish and antennae and all other associated external and internal alterations and site works which differ to that original to the dwelling. Permission is also being sought to construct a store to the north facing side elevation utilising the existing roofed area, the installation of an effluent treatment system replacing the existing on-site system and all other associated site works.
