Permission for development at Glebe House, a protected structure. The proposals involve the renovation of the main house along with the addition of single storey extensions (totaling 39 sq. m) renovation and change of use of the outbuildings from agricultural to residential use ancillary to the main house, and the provision of new on site waste and surface water treatment systems. The works will include the following: Replacement of the existing roofs to include new rooflights (retaining natural slate where feasible). Repairs to existing windows in the main house with like for like replacement where required. The installation of new windows and doors to the existing opes in the outbuildings. Alteration to existing openings to accomodate new doors and windows. Repair and selected replacement of external render. The provision of roof mounted photvoltaic panels. Internal alterations including new stud partitions to create additional bathrooms, the installation of new insulated floor slabs and breathable insulation systems, the provision of new service installations throughout, the making good to existing fabric and finishes, the widening of the entrance gates, sundry garden and landscaping works.
