(C) Ancillary Works and for permission to complete the dwellings, and also for permission for further alterations to the previously granted permission under Planning Register No. 20200243 which will consist of the following: (D) Alterations to the floor plans and external finishes of unit numbers 7-15, 34-41, 48-53 and 56-65 consisting of house type A, B and C. (E) The omission of house type E (five-bed detached) to be replaced by house type D (four-bed detached two-storey dwelling) at units 42-47. (F) The omission of Unit numbers 54 and 55 to be replaced by a two-storey Childcare Facility with ancillary parking and associated works. (G) Alterations to house type H to achieve a four-bedroom unit (previously a three-bed unit), (H) The omission of a single storey Community Building and the stand alone Childcare Facility and associated works, (I) The revision of the boundaries and site edged red, (J) Ancillary works and provision of services.
