Permission for retention and completion of five dwelling houses commenced under Planning Registration Number 20053802. Dwelling house no. 1 to be retained as built. Dwelling houses nos. 2,3,4 & 5 to be completed on existing bases with the base of one previously permitted dwelling house to be removed. Works will include alteration to site layout and site boundary from that previously permitted, the installation of individual sewage treatment systems for each house, completion of access road & footpath, common bored well water supply and all other ancillary site works
