The proposed extension will consists of an open plan kitchen, dining, and living, along with a pantry, utility room, and plant room. Permission is also sought for works to the existing dwelling for the demolition of the existing attached domestic storage structure (10 sqm) and rebuild as is to accommodate a habitable bathroom (7.9 sqm), together with an increase in the overall height and the formation of a parapet roof to an overall height of 3.1 m. Permission is sought for the construction of a new domestic vehicular entrance onto the adjoining public road located on the south-east side of the site, together with the closure of the existing domestic vehicular entrance and all associated site development works
