Proposed development

Permission is sought for the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. The proposed extension will provide an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area measuring 51.6 sqm, along with a pantry (3.9 sqm), utility room (4.7 sqm), and plant room (3.7 sqm). Permission is also sought for alterations to the existing dwelling, specifically to the current storage area. These alterations include the installation of a new window on the west-facing façade (side elevation) for ventilation purposes. The storage area will also undergo an increase in floor-to-ceiling height from 1.7 m to 2.4 m and will be finished with a flat roof. In addition, permission is sought for the construction of a new domestic entrance onto adjoining public road located on the southeast side of the site and all associated site works
