Permission is also sought to retain and complete the existing extension to the southeast of the existing house on site and to retain a partly constructed swimming pool, sauna, steam room, storage, living area and W/C . Permission is sought to retain the upgrading works of the existing entrance onto the public roadway and to install a wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works. Permission is also sought to retain & complete the existing out building (building F as shown on the site layout map) to the south of the site. Permission is sought to retain the concrete slab along the southwest of the site totalling 82.95sqm. Permission is also sought to retain the change of use of the following; The existing building to the north of the site, from previously use agricultural storage shed to domestic (habitable)use, consisting of domestic home office and granny flat (building A as shown on the site layout map). Previously used domestic shed buildings to domestic (habitable) office/study, laundry, bootroom, carport, plant room and domestic storage rooms to the south and west of the site (buildings B & C as shown on the site layout map). Change of use from agricultural sheds and residential sheds to residential use only
