Permission is sought to retain the concrete slab along the southwest of the site totalling 82.95sqm. Permission is also sought to retain the change of use of the following; The existing building to the north of the site, from previously use agricultural storage shed to domestic (habitable)use, consisting of domestic home office and granny flat (building A as shown on the site layout map). Previously used domestic shed buildings to domestic (habitable) office/study, laundry, bootroom, carport, plant room and domestic storage rooms to the south and west of the site (buildings B & C as shown on the site layout map). Change of use from agricultural sheds and residential sheds to residential use only.
