Proposed development

We, Albert Developments Limited, intend to apply for planning permission for development at a c.1.5 ha. site at Boyne Village Business Park, Athlumney, within the townlands of Ferganstown and Ballymacon, Navan, Co. Meath. The development will consist of the construction of an estate road and access roads extending northwards from the section of road permitted under Meath County Council Reg. Ref. 22/1703 and ACP Ref. 318533-23 (currently under construction), connecting to Roundabout 3 of Local Distributor Road 6 (LDR6), to facilitate access to the Boyne Village Enterprise Lands. The development includes drainage and utility services infrastructure, landscaping, pedestrian and cycle facilities, road signs and markings, public lighting, modifications and enlargement (reduce base level by c. 200mm) and widening of the attenuation pond located within the south-eastern corner of the site, and all associated and ancillary site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
