Amendments to provide for change of house types and minor reconfiguration of housing development previously granted under planning permission Pl. Ref: 24/60676 on permitted house sites 59-70 inclusive (re-numbered as house sites 62-73 inclusive due to previous amendment permission under Ref: 26/60470). The proposed change of house types is as follows: • 12 No. 2/2.5 storey terraced 3 & 4-bedroom houses (proposed house types K & L) in lieu of permitted 12 No. 2 storey terraced 2 & 3-bedroom houses (approved house types D & E). The proposed changes will result in minor modifications to the positioning of houses, car parking spaces, landscaping services and associated site development works. The permitted site access and internal estate roads will remain unchanged from that previously approved under planning permission Pl. Ref. 24/60676
