Proposed development

amendment to previously permitted development, Kildare County Council reg ref 24/87 at their existing site in the townlands of Kilamacredock Upper and Moortown, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, generally located to the North/North-East of the M4 Interchange Business Park and to the south of M4 motorway. The proposed development will consist of the change of use of permitted building 'X' from light industrial use to vehicle service workshop use. The proposed development will also consist of; internal revisions to ground floor layout of permitted building 'X' and amendments to its elevations along with attached building signage; provision of an external car wash area within the permitted site of building 'X'. (The construction of permitted building 'X' has now commenced on site)
