Proposed development
for the diversion of the existing electricity transmission overhead lines principally comprising the removal of an existing electricity double timber pole (approximately 12 metres high) and replacement with 2 No. electricity pylons (13.2 metres high) and associated infrastructure underground. The development will also include: the repositioning of 10 No. permitted car parking spaces (with no change to the total quantum of car parking); the provision of an additional pedestrian crossing; the repositioning of the permitted LPG tank; modifications to the permitted attenuation basin; and all associated site and development works above and below ground. The development partially amends a Development permitted under Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. 22/627 (as amended by Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. 24/88 and Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. 24/87
