Planning Permission for the material alteration of Unit E7, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 K22D. Works comprise subdivision of existing warehouse Unit E7 with ancillary offices (gross floor area 1044 sq.m.) into two separate warehouses with ancillary offices; Unit E7A (gross floor area 920 sq.m.) and E7B (gross floor area 346 sq.m.). Works to Unit E7A comprise material alterations internally to provide additional ancillary offices at ground and second floor levels with extension of existing stairwell to second floor level. New internal fire escape stairwell to be provided. External alterations include new windows to east (front) elevation at second floor level and new roller shutter door at west (rear) elevation. Removal of 3 car parking spaces to rear yard. Independent access provided to front of unit with independent parking to front and rear (16 spaces total). Unit E7B to comprise a new independent warehouse unit within footprint of original warehouse with ancillary office and staff facilities, unit to be provided with new independent rear access / fire exit to west (rear) elevation and independent parking (10 spaces total) to rear yard and all associated site works.
