Proposed development
Planning permission for amendments to the development permitted under Reg. Ref: FW23A/0299 relating to permitted warehouse/light industrial units (Units A8A & A8B) at North City Business Park. Permission is sought to omit Condition No.3 of the final grant of planning permission Reg. Ref: FW23A/0299, which reads as follows: 'The cumulative noise emissions from the operation of the development shall not exceed the background noise level at any time during the night (10pm to 8am) by more than 5dB(A) as measured at the facade of the nearest noise sensitive receptor. Noise emissions shall be broad band in nature. Clearly audible and impulsive tones at noise sensitive locations shall be avoided irrespective of the noise level.'
