Proposed development
The proposed development will principally consist of the construction of a light industrial / warehousing unit (to be known as 'Unit M6') with a total floor area of 453 sq m. The development will also comprise: reconfigurations to existing car parking areas, including the removal/omission of 31 No. spaces to accommodate the development, with 3 No. spaces proposed to serve the proposed light industrial / warehousing unit; 8 No. cycle parking spaces; minor revisions to the existing kerbs, verges and footpath accessing the site and along the internal access road; landscape works, including as enhancements to the vegetated area at the turning area / semi-circle; rooftop PV panels; and all other associated site and development works above and below ground. Separate note for the car parking question below: 31 No. existing spaces to be removed/omitted to facilitate the development, with 3 No. spaces proposed.
