Houses comprising 1 no. single storey, 1 bed detached house; 3 no. 2 storey, 4 bed terraced houses; 2 no. 5 bed two and a half-storey in height detached units, 4 no. 4 bed two and a half storey in height detached units and 10 no. 3 bed two and a half storey in height semi-detached units. (d) Associated site development and infrastructural works, including modifications of the existing vehicular entrance from Main Street, foul and surface water drainage, including a temporary wastewater pre-treatment plant, roads, 41 no. car parking spaces, footpaths, 1 no. bicycle store comprising 15 no. spaces, 1 no. bin store, landscaping and boundary treatment.
