Retention of a revised car park layout, from that previously approved under Reg. Ref. F19A/0071, providing for a total of 66 delineated parking spaces utilising the existing vehicular access; 4. Retention of advertising signage for the activity centre to the front elevation; 5. Omission of Condition No.9, attached to Reg. Ref. F17A/0743, for the retention of a glazed window screen signage to front east elevation; 6. Retention of the addition of a 29.51 sq. m extension to the existing VR room experience at 1st floor level; 7. Retention of the addition of a 12.59 sq.m staff facility room at 1st floor level; 8. Retention for an intensification of use of the existing facility.
