The gates are set back from existing front boundary wall with new pillars, minor landscaping and boundary treatments, site and ground works necessary to facilitate the works. 2.) New boundary wall to the side and boundary fence to the rear of the existing house to allow for the sub-division of the house from the site to the side and rear (site in separate ownership). Site accessed off Avoca Avenue via the existing vehicular entrance.
