PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of a sensitive refurbishment of a two-storey protected structure, a two-storey rear extension and a change of use from a coach house to use as a residence. The refurbishment will include repairs to the roof and brickwork and the installation of new timber double-glazed windows and doors. The two-storey extension will be connected to the coach house by a single-storey glazed link with a courtyard. The front entrance will be accessed on Marlborough Mews while access to a private amenity space will be at the rear of the extension. The refurbishment of the coach house and the combined extension will comprise of a 106.8m² Three-Bedroom Dwelling, terraced by a mews structure on both sides.
