Two new site entrances from the perimeter public roadways; a HGV entrance from the north off Smithstown Road to a dedicated goods yard and a second entrance from the east for all other vehicles, D. Parking for 76 cars, of which 17 are EV Charging spaces and 4 are Universal Access spaces, 38 bicycles under a covered shelter and a vehicular set-down zone, E. New ground level corporate signage to be placed at the south-west side of the adjacent roundabout on the Smithstown Road, F. Roof and ground mounted photovoltaic panels, building signage, ancillary soft and hard landscaping and all associated site works and services. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement

Permission was granted on 18 Dec 2025. The four-week appeal period has passed with no appeal recorded, so the permission is final. Works can start once a commencement notice is lodged; the register gives its end as 28 Jan 2031.
