The development also comprises: plant and equipment (including generator and gas tank compounds); modifications to existing car parking provision (increase in quantum of 1 no. car parking space); bicycle parking; lighting; drainage (including provision of permeable paving and attenuation tank); fencing; hard and soft landscaping; and all associated site works above and below ground
