Proposed development

HGV/bus parking spaces; (viii) ESB substation; and (ix) all other associated road tie in, landscaping, boundary treatment, drainage and site development works. No works are proposed to be carried out within the existing weighbridge area, works associated with the proposed development will be confined to lands within the applicant’s ownership
