the installation of a single biomass boiler enclosure and two new 2,000kg LPG tanks located to the rear of the site at, Wilsons Hospital School, Heathland, Co. Westmeath, N91 AX97. This site contains four protected structures Wilson's Hospital : worker's house (15401117), Cast-iron wall mounted post box (15401118 / RPS No. 011-037), Wilson's Hospital : gate lodge (15401119 / RPS No. 011-038) and Wilson's Hospital: hospital/infirmary (15401120 / RPS No. 011-039) as well as three recorded monuments (WM011-036, WM011-064 and WM011-065) all of which are ring forts. The development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2024) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2021 to 2025 shall apply
