The first floor will consist of a storage area. Permission is sought for 2 no. bike stands to be located to the southeast of the existing building. Permission is sought for a 740m x 3m wide walking path with 28 no. walking lights along the perimeter of the site. Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing agricultural entrance to accommodate an entrance for recreational use, with 20 no. car parking spaces and all associated site works
