In addition, retention permission is sought for alterations to the existing dwelling, including the change of façade materiality from brick to metal cladding, the modification of the existing curved window openings to a squared profile at the front elevation, and the introduction of new window openings to the previously existing garage, which has been converted to habitable accommodation. Retention permission is also sought for an existing single-storey garage (46 sqm) located to the east of the site, together with all associated site development works.
