the following Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising of 278 no. residential units, 1 no. childcare facility and all ancillary development works including 3 no. ESB substations, footpaths, cycle lanes, car and bicycle parking, drainage, bin storage, public lighting, landscaping/amenity areas and boundary treatments. Access will be via Rathgowan Park from the existing roundabout on the R394 (C-Link Road) to the south and the R393 Ashe Road to the north. Site development works include the decommissioning and relocation of existing underground surface water attenuation tanks and the diversion of 2 no. existing foul sewer lines. The 2-no. existing foul lines will outfall to a new single foul pipe proposed as part of the new drainage network.
