Proposed development

to construct 49 no. residential units (comprising of 12 no. 1 bed apartments and 37 no. 2, 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and terraced houses) and a creche, and all associated site development works including 1 no. substation, footpaths, car and bicycle parking, bicycle and bin stores, drainage, public lighting and landscaping/amenity areas at Cornamaddy, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. The proposed 49 no. residential units will replace 56 no. units previously permitted under planning ref. 22/253, and the proposed creche will replace a creche previously permitted under planning ref. 22/340. A Natura Impact Statement is submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority
