The proposed 49 no. residential units will replace 56 no. units previously permitted under planning ref. 22/253, and the proposed creche will replace a creche previously permitted under planning ref. 22/340. A Natura Impact Statement is submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority
