Permission is sought to renovate and re-roof the existing original dwelling together with permission to demolish the existing front porch and dilapidated extension previously granted under file Reference number 567/73. Permission is also sought to reconstruct a new storey-an-a-half extension connected to the original bungalow via a flat roof link. Permission is also sought for the following, to close the existing domestic site entrance and to relocate same in a north easterly direction, for permission to decommission the existing septic tank and domestic well and to install a new treatment system with associated raised tertiary percolation area enclosed within a new boundary fence together with permission for all associated site works. Retention permission is sought to retain the existing agricultural machinery storage building as per constructed on site in 2007 consisting of 173Sqm
