Works to consist of: demolition of existing single storey rear extension at basement level and erection of two storey replacement extension, convert existing door opening at basement level on the front elevation to window opening with new painted timber sliding sash window to match existing, replacement of existing non-original front door and fan light at ground floor level, block up existing door opening at basement level on right (Northeast) elevation and make good render finish, form new window opening at basement level on left (Southwest) elevation with new painted timber sliding sash window to match existing, alterations to existing building layout and elevations, alterations to existing front external ‘area’ at basement level to form enlarged lightwells, enlarge existing opening in stone garden wall at the rear to provide vehicular access and form new entrance and driveway off existing rear farm access lane, provide hard and soft landscaping and all ancillary site works
