The remaining element will be renovated and incorporated into Block A (described in Item iii(a) below) iii) Development of 36no. own-door access residential units split over 4no. blocks: a) Block A is part two storey, part single storey, incorporating the remaining structure of No.7 Abbey Road and consists of a total of 5no. units; 3no. 1-bed apartments, located at ground floor level and 2no. apartments, located at first floor level (1no 1-bed apartment & 1no. 2-bed apartment); b) Block B is part two storey, part single storey, incorporating the remaining structure of No. 6 Abbey Road and consists of a total of 7 no. units; 4 no. apartments located at ground floor level (3 no. 1-bed apartments and 1n o. 2-bed apartment) and 3 no. apartments, located at first floor level (2 no. 1-bed apartments & 1 no. 2-bed apartment); c) Block C is three-storey high and consists of 4 no. 1-bed apartments, located at ground floor level, 2 no. 2-bed apartments, located on the first floor level and 2 no. 2-bed apartments, located on the second floor; d) Block D is three-storey high and consists of 8 no. 1-bed apartments, located at ground floor level, 4no. 2-bed apartments, located on the first floor level and 4no. 2-bed apartments, located on the second floor iv) Car parking, bicycle parking and bin storage provision v) Provision of public amenity spaces and public lighting; vi) Installation of a pumping station vii) Connection to public sewer, watermain and surface water viii) Proposed access roads from the public carriageway and all works necessary to facilitate the development inclusive of road/footpath revisions, boundary treatments and retaining structures, vehicular parking arrangements, SuDS drainage and landscaping; ix) All ancillary site works
