Permission is also sought for the following: to install a treatment system and soil polishing filter to replace the existing septic tank proposed to be decommissioned, for permission to retain and renovate existing outbuilding, to upgrade existing domestic site entrance and for permission to erect new site boundaries together with all associated site works.

Permission was granted on 27 May 2025. Third parties may appeal within four weeks; after that the permission is final and works can start once a commencement notice is lodged.
